Closing a gnome-terminal window with multiple tabs will display an
alert
dialog with 2 buttons, 'Cancel' and 'Close All Tabs'. The default
button is the 'Close All Tabs'. Pressing tab will switch the focus to
the alert text. In bug 323586 the reporter complains that this is not
noticeable.
I think allowing the text to be selected is good according to the
HIG as
it allows a user to copy the text (for support). The downside is low
vision or blind users not seeing that the text is being selected.
How can the focus issue be solved?
(I've added some comments to this bug.)
Cheeri,
Calum.
