Hi. When I try to use help in any app I will have a chrash shortly
after I start using it. I hear the error sound from Gnome and then I
loose speech. I also loose keyboard control of the system. The only
way out is to press the power button or ssh into the box and kill off my
X session. Based on the output in my .xsession-errors file, the problem
seems to be yelp. I haven't had much luck finding bugs on the gnome.org
site. Could someone please take a look at the output and tell me if
this a known bug? If it isn't, would someone with access to the
gnome.org bugzilla please consider reporting it?
I'm running Gnome 2.8 packages in Debian. If you think this problem is
specific to Debian, please let me know so I can file a bug report with
Debian. I can access Debian's bug reporting system, but I haven't found
a way to use Gnome's.
At this point, my problem isn't in Debian's system.
I'm attaching a file with the errors, so Windows users don't worry. It
isn't a virus.
Thanks in advance.
Kenny
