As a matter of fact, I am working on one right now, based on the Ubuntu
Linux distribution's live CD framework. It is quite usable, however is
only in testing at the moment, as not everything is spoken properly from
bootup to give you feedback to what is happening.
The final release will very likely not be out until April, when the
official Ubuntu release is out.
If you want to test it, you have to either have assistance to select
your language and keyboard at startup, or have some sight to do so. This
is not spoken yet, as mentioned above. However, gnopernicus does come
up talking as soon as the GNOME desktop loads.
If anybody is really interested in testing this early version, please
get in contact with me so I can help you get a copy.
