Hi Hank,

I think there is a bug with Festival but unfortunatly I don't remember
what to modify to resolve the problem. try to search in the archive
list, there has been already discussed. Another solution is to compile
gnome-speech from sources with another TTS and to use the other TTS
instead of Festival.
