Sounds like the GTK_MODULES environment variable might not be set, which
is what is needed to enable accessibility in OOo. The GTK_MODULES value
should be "gail:atk-bridge".
Note: The GTK_MODULES environment variable should be set by
gnome-session; if it is not set, and you are running a Gnome desktop,
then please file a bug against your distro's session manager.
