Move this Monday's IRC to 15:30UTC?

Hey All:

GUADEC is next week, and it might be nice to try to get some GUADEC 
folks to participate in our Monday IRC meeting.  In looking at the 
GUADEC schedule, it seems as though 15:30UTC would be the better time 
for the people at GUADEC.

Any objections to pushing our regular meeting back 2 hours from 13:30UTC 
to 15:30UTC to see if we can entice some mainstream developers to join?
