No idea, I've just taken a look to FOSDEM website and found this:

...where they say there's an a11y devroom, but no idea whether's there's
a formal 'call for talks' for devrooms yet.

Anyway, my guessing is that they (FOSDEM organization) have finally
decided not to set up an a11y main track, as it was the initial idea
coming out from Bryen, and perhaps (and I'm wildly guessing here) they
could have decided to set up an a11y devroom instead with the proposals
sent so far.

I'll send an email to devroom comitee at FOSDEM to see if we get some
clarification on this, as in theory we -people sending proposals- should
have received some kind of feedback by October the 23th, IIRC.
