Just to clarify: I never said there were 3 slots *only* or something
like that, just that Bryen told me that having three accepted proposals
was the *minimum* to create an accessibility track.
Hence, there's no "free slot" concept, or something like that :-), so
feel free to submit whatever you want. This thread was mostly to check
whether there could be enough interest or not to submit a11y related
tasks, which seems to be true.

To be honest, when I sent my initial mail I was thinking in GNOME
related stuff, but as FOSDEM is a general conference (not tied to any
technology in particular) I don't see any problem about submitting such
a talk. Even more, I see it pretty interesting so we can create a richer
accessibility track that if it were just about GNOME.
But in any case, for explicit doubts about this just ask Bryen. I'm just
the one trying to push this forward, but he has the details about the
original idea.
