Shiny new meeting time (singular): 14:30 UTC

Hey all.

As you will see in the minutes from today's meeting [1], we discussed
the alternating time situation and yadda, yadda, yadda henceforth team
meetings will always be at 14:30 UTC.

I'll still send out a reminder, and it's still on our Meetings page[2],
but we figured a heads-up now would be good so folks can update their
calendars accordingly.
