Tips for errors found in Accerciser Validator

Hi everybody!

I'm trying to recover this page

https://live.gnome.org/Accerciser/Validate

with useful information for errors caught by Accerciser Validator. When a person clicks the Help button in the validator, she's redirected to it.

I'm gathering information for some errors, but the more information the page has, the richer it'll be. So, in case you have experience with any of the errors, it would be awesome if you could add information to this page, too.
