Caps issue should be mentioned in the bug list as well.
laptop layout in orca doesn't work correctly in gnome 2.32.
The caps-key toggles caps_mode on.
Function of that key should be disabled completely when orca uses it as
it's metakey.

This is not a vinux issue only.
But I am not aware of any fix in other distros.
