Fernando, thanks for your work on ensuring Ubuntu works for blind or
low-vision users.
Ubuntu is not really moving away from GNOME (we ship an alternate
shell by default and our notification/status icon system is different,
as well as other smaller differences but much of what will be on the
primary CD for Ubuntu 11.10 is Gnome 3.2). Ubuntu is definitely not
moving away from Orca.
I believe a goal for this cycle is to ensure that the installer works
even for blind users.
