Latest public working drafts of WAI-ARIA 1.1 publications.

The W3C published today a first public working draft of the "Accessible 
Name and Description: Computation and API Mappings", as well as updated 
working drafts of the "Core Accessibility Mappings" and "Accessible Rich 
Internet Applications" for version 1.1.
