Is there a way to add a label to an image rendered by GtkCellRendererPixbuf ?

Hello all,

I'm trying to figure out a labelling issue into the Liferea RSS client 
(https://github.com/lwindolf/liferea/issues/715).

On looking at the GTK documentation here: 
https://developer.gnome.org/gtk3/stable/GtkCellRendererPixbuf.html I 
don't find way to label the image.

I'm a beginner on this topic so maybe I'm in the wrong way to figure out 
this issue, any advise on this ?
