Once more into the breach.

Gnomers,

It is time once again to give you hell. Don't be offended, its my
job. Young and old, smart and dumb, hackers and non-hackers can all
reap the benefits of a well documented API so I am here to ask you
again... Please help out with the GNOME API documentation!

There is much to do and much to learn. We need all that is said upon
the page of status: http://developer.gnome.org/doc/API/api-status.html
and more.

We need introductions to each area: libgnome, libgnomeui, libgnorba,
and libart... we need editing, proofreading, tech-reviews. If it says
'Incomplete'... do it, if it says 'Needs Reformatting' look at it, fix
it, or re-write it. If you don't know what to do, write me. If you
want to work on GTK instead go to http://www.gtk.org/rdp

This is no ordinary writing task my friends,
This day is called the feast of Crispian:
He that writes this day, and comes safe home,
Will stand a tip-toe when the day is named,
And rouse him at the name of Crispian.
He that shall live this day, and see old age,
Will yearly on the vigil feast his neighbors,
And say 'To-morrow is Saint Crispian:'
Then will he fire his browser and show his work.
And say 'These words I had on Crispin's day.'
Old men forget: yet all shall be forgot,
But he'll remember with advantages
What feats he did that day: then shall our names.
Familiar in his mouth as household words
Miguel the king, Quartic and Owen,
Raph and Ettore, Nat and Sopwith,
Be in their flowing cups freshly remember'd.
This story shall the good man teach his son;
And Crispin Crispian shall ne'er go by,
>From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be remember'd;
We few, we happy few, we band of GNOME brothers;
For he to-day that writes his words with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition:
And gentlemen in the GNOME community now a-bed
Shall think themselves accursed they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That wrote with us upon Saint Crispin's day.

So email me good and young, and today we shall write.

Dave
