ANNOUNCE : Graphtool 0.08

Hello everyone,

Here is Graphtool 0.08, the software that lets you create all sorts of
graphs.
Changes in this release :
    - an interpretor for equations has been added, with the ability to
set the color, the type, and the legend.
    - a file selection dialog to save the graph as a Postscript file.
    - some bug fixes and improvements.
