libPropList 0.8.3 is available

Hello guys,

   Alfredo Kojima and I discussed merging the official libPropList
with our version.  He did all the merging work and provided us with a
nice tarball for all GNOMErs and WindowMaker users to use.

   You can fetch this tarball from:

   I am very thankful to Alfredo for his effort to help us all.
