Update on Red Hat Linux 6.0 RPMS Location

After thinking about it a bit I realized it makes more sense to put the
updated RPMS under /pub/GNOME so its easier to mirror.
The RPMS are under /pub/GNOME/RHAD, and there is a link from /pub/RHAD
pointing at this directory for backwards compatibility.
