ANNOUNCE: gnomba 0.3

Well in our attempt to have a release a day, here is another version of
gnomba.  This allows people with both the old and new samba to be able to
mount shares.  It also fixes the problem with double "dots" in the IP
ranges, which caused a number of problems.

Look forward to being able to specify passwords on mounting soon, as well
as a slightly different layout.
