gnome-db-0.0.27 released

Hi all!

gnome-db-0.0.27 has been released. This release includes updated
documentation and some fixed bugs. It also includes a snapshot of what
the gnome-db building environment would look like, but this feature does
not work at the moment.

This release is still developer-oriented, but users may find it enough
for a basic database access.
