ANNOUNCE: New version of multilevel undo/redo library

I have released a new version (0.2) of the Gtk Undo library.
Changes are:

- Changed the name of the library to "gundo" to avoid a name
   clash with an existing undo library (http://undo.xnot.com/).
- Fixed the makefile.  A bug caused the library to be built
   with the wrong version.
