New program gsetit (0.0.1)

Hi everybody,

I have released program gsetit.

GSETIT is an applet with a progress bar for one work unit and a remain time
(you can have more than one running). It has also dialog boxes to show
information about the work unit and the user.

For now it doesn't have all that features you find in other SETI Trackers
but it is a start.
