For all frustrated OLE users:

        A new version of the OLE2 file format library has been released.

 * Improvements:

	This fixes a silly bug found mapping a certain file that was
undecided as to whether it did or did not have a small block directory;
it didn't. Fixed by Tenix.

 * Documentation:

	A preliminary version of the libole2 reference documentation may
be found at:

	http://www.gnome.org/libole2/
