Gtk-Perl 0.7003 released

Hi, people that look for the @ in GN@ME and the % in Gt% and ...
well, need another project for $.

Anyway, I just released version 0.7003 of the Gtk-Perl bindings.

This release features many bug fixes and small improvements
developed in the last (too many) few months.
