ANNOUNCE: Guppi 0.35.1

Your Guppi Development Team is proud to announce the release of
Guppi version 0.35.1, code name "Mugwumps Have No Liver". For reasons
that are hard to explain, this is the first Guppi release in seven
months.

Guppi is a GNOME interactive data analysis and plotting tool. It is
meant to be useful both as a scriptable stand-alone application and as
something that can be embedded in other applications, either as a
shared library or with Bonobo.

Guppi is providing plotting features for Gnumeric (via Bonobo) and for
GnuCash (as a shared library). As a stand-alone application, Guppi is
still fairly primitive... but does contain some cool demos.

For more information about Guppi, visit the Guppi Home Page at

	http://www.gnome.org/guppi

* Availability

	You can get the Guppi 0.35.1 tarball here:

	ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/guppi/Guppi-0.35.1.tar.gz

	Guppi basically requires a complete and fairly up-to-date
        Helix GNOME installation, or equivalent.

	RPMs and debs should be available soon.

* Changed since 0.34.5

	Too many to list; this version is the result of seven months of
	frenzied coding, after all. Just download it and try it out
	for yourself!

Enjoy,
-JT
