GGV 1.0 test1 prerelease

GGV 1.0-test1 "Miracle on 34th Street" prerelease is now available

The purpose of this release is to get feedback on possible remaining
bugs, building problems, etc. before releasing 1.0 in the first days
of the forthcoming year. Download and test, people...

Get the tarball at:

ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/testing/ggv-1.0-test1.tar.gz

or the diff from 0.95 at:

ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/testing/ggv-0.95-1.0-test1.diff.gz

Changes include, but are not limited to:

- session managment
- much UI cosmetics
- improved global and per-window document properties
- support for wheeled mice
- bonobo component updated to match the ever-evolving bonobo
- many bugfixes
- translations updated and new translations added
