	NumExp 0.3 is released. It is semi-stable. We need people who can
use it, and test it, and send bug reports.

	The change log is:

    o SEMI-STABLE
    o Preferences are saved with GConf
    o XYGraph can add titles and legend axis
    o Functions quick insertion
    o New Expression printer (with less parentheses);
    o New console look, with functions catalogation;
    o New constants, True and False;
    o New variables/functions core;
    o Threads for evaluation;
    o Random Number Generation following some distribution;
    o Distributions probability density functions;
    o Some statistical functions;
    o Corrected bug in XY Graph printing;
    o Definition of new objects for XYGrapg (circles, ellipses...)
