This list is for announcements only

Hi guys,

please note that gnome-announce-list gnome org is for
announcements only - all followups should go to either
gnome-list gnome org or gnome-devel-list gnome org, but
never to gnome-announce-list itself.

There are over 2000 people on this list, most of them
just want to get annoucements and nothing else.

To enforce this policy in future, I just set this mailing
list moderated and added myself as listadmin so that I
can handle such requests more quickly.

This may be a bit inconvenient if you're posting to the
list, but it'll help us to keep this a high-quality
annoucements list.
