ANNOUNCE: ThinIce 1.0.4, GEGL edition released

Hello hackers and others...

I realized that it was almost two years since 1.0.3 was released, so
here you go.. a fresh new release of ThinIce with some nicer looking
things, some more customizability and with a much better release name.
