the "Yet Another One" release

that restores the wonderful "Watch File" feature that ceased to work in 
recent tarballs, optionaly relieves you of the annoying statusbar, 
bringing you the almost-fullscreen mode (Laurent Mazet), stops screwing 
around with the ggv's working dir, fixing a couple of small bugs in the 
process, fixes a typo that prevented gconf notification from working and 
of course lets you enjoy ggv in even more languages that you don't 
understand...

there are a few new translations to update... sorry about that...

the tarball and a diff from 1.1.92 will be available at
