Fix more bug
Modify planner now works   ;-)
Fix bug in function g_crontime_delete_tab
First approach to Modify of planning.
Add new function from terminal (gcrontime --firsttime) that set to default
all preference in GConf.
Work also check for execute command manually with command and entry for
choose command in frame user.
Work also cmd_main_undelete , but it's not perfect (if i have created new
planning , and I delete and undelete, 
    the program don't show the condition initial of NEW.
WoW cmd_main_apply now works
Now time_statusbar works
New function gcrontime_default_gconf() , it set default parameter for
loading first time
Now add function gcrontime_load_atd and deleting tab works
