COnfigurator for Gnome 0.3.1

Description
===========

A program for editing advanced Gnome settings in an easy way - the backend
uses gconf and XML descriptions, but all the user will see is a (somewhat)
nice GUI.


Fixes
=====

- Updated the XML files to have the correct name of the DTD.
- Fixed a bug that would make COG crash if a section contained no valid
GConf keys.
- Removed namespacing from XML files since it caused problems while
validating.
