Description

A library to simplify the writing of Gnome Panel applets

Enhancements
============
 - New API. Much nice, IMHO. 
 - Large internal changes (Mostly thanks to Guido)
 - Better debug system (Guido)
 - Three simple example applets.
 - New function that draws text (Creates a gdk_pixbuf from ascii text).
 - Function to execute program is added. Just give gai_exec(.) a
   commandline and it will preforme it.
Fixes
=====
 - Very many cosmetic bugs on the gnome panel is fixed.
 - Drawing on backgrounds now works fine, not sometimes as before.
