RELEASE: yelp 2.2.1 and 2.2.2

Hi.

There's a couple of releases of your favourite help browser out. The
first was the one slated for the imminent GNOME 2.2.2 release, but we
made a slipup and changed a string so I had to make a new tarball with
that reverted. Thus this dual release.
