ANNOUNCE: Gnome Font Sampler

Gnome Font Sampler lets you browse your installed fonts using whatever
color, size, attributes (Bold/Italics/Underline), and example text you
like.

It currently uses a TextView for display, but will probably use a
TreeView in the future.
