The GNOME XSLT toolkit 1.1.3

Description
===========

Libxml2 is the XSLT C toolkit developed for the Gnome project (but usable
outside of the Gnome platform). It also provides
the xsltproc XSLT transformation tool.
Note that this release breaks yelp, patches fixing it for both yelp and
libxslt are in CVS.

Enhancements
============

- Rewrote the Attribute Value Template code
- new XPath compilation interfaces
- dictionnary reuses for XSLT with potential for serious performance
  improvements.
- Documentations: cleanup (John Fleck and William)
- Python: patch for OS-X (Gianni Ceccarelli), enums export (Stephane
bidoul)
