Good news everyone!

As last gnome-utils release contained a glitch that broke the build,
here's a Brown Paper Bag Release ready: gnome-utils 2.15.4.

Many thanks to Matthias Clasen and Fryderyk Dziarmagowski for finding
the glitch.
