Announce: libxklavier 2.2

Hi all

Celebrating the oncoming release of GNOME 2.14, another stable release
of libxklavier is out of the door. The only changes are better XML
handling and small improvement in relation to the modular X.org
filesystem layout.

As usual, the file is available on the sourceforge:

Officially, from this point, the branch 2.x is created (for the
support of GNOME 2.14 and earlier), and the 2.9x and 3.x are started
in HEAD, with absolutely incompatible API (for GNOME 2.15 etc).
