Announce: Dasher 4.10.0 released

I'm pleased to announce that Dasher 4.10.0 is now available for
download from:

Windows binaries are available from:

  http://www.dasher.org.uk/Download.html

Dasher is an information efficient text input system for the GNOME Desktop,
suitable for any situation in which a conventional keyboard cannot be
used.

This release begins a new stable series. The release fixes a bug in
button modes were letters could "leak" and become unselectable; and
a UTF-8 bug which was most noticable when writing in Japanese and Hebrew.
