ANNOUNCE: Libvtemm 0.16, 0.17 and 0.19

libvtemm is C++ API for vte - a terminal emulator widget.

libvtemm 0.16 wraps vte 0.16 API.
libvtemm 0.17 wraps vte 0.17 API.
libvtemm 0.19 wraps vte 0.19 API.

(server is quite slow, but tarballs will sit here until I know how put
them on gnome ftp, I probably don't have access there.)
