Libgda-uimm wraps libgda-ui for gtkmm and C++, providing UI widgets for
data access, using libgda.

* Remove optional API, to make the code simpler.
* Fix the build with the latest (stable) libgda-ui.
* DataEntry: Removed get_default_value(). Added
	get/set_reference_value() and set_reference_current().
