Bumped Accerciser to 1.12.1. This new release includes new and updated
Slovenian, Japanese, Indonesian, Galician, Simplified Chinese, Spanish
Armenian, Estonian translations and Shavian transliteration. This is
also a pilot release with Brian Nitz as Accerciser's maintainer.
