PLEASE NOTE: This release contains significant changes to the way
input source switching is handled, it is recommended that all of
gnome-settings-daemon, gnome-control-center, mutter and gnome-shell
are updated at the same time to 3.8.3.

- Fix potential crash if gnome-shell crashes while coming up
- Show shell search for search button

- Remove the input source switcher helper
- Introduce a SetInputSource DBus method
