Caribou 0.4.9

Hi,

This is the announcement of a new release of Caribou, a screen keyboard
and a library for other screen keyboards.

This is an unstable release towards GNOME 3.8.  Testing would be
appreciated.

- Bug 694921: daemon: check if atspi bus is ready to use
- Bug 694480: build failure: ../tools/make_schema.py caribou.settings.CaribouSettings
- Bug 689844: Setting keyboard to 'full' crashes the shell
- build: Mark as not supporting srcdir != builddir
