This is the first bug fix release in the stable 2.2 series.

- Fix a crash in JavaScriptCore when visiting google groups.
- Fix a crash in JavaScriptCore when trying to send a message via
'today's birthdays' dialogue box on Facebook.
- Make sure the GtkWidget used for windowed plugins is destroyed
when the plugin instance is destroyed.
- Fix the build with drag and drop support disabled.
