GNOME-Commander 1.4.0 is released.

What is GNOME Commander?
------------------------

GNOME Commander is a "two-pane" graphical file manager for the GNOME
desktop environment. GNOME Commander aims to fulfill the demands of more
advanced users who like to focus on file management, their work through
special applications and running smart commands.

New features:

 * Support for tabs
 * Revamped bookmarks dialog
 * Revamped file properties dialog
 * One instance mode
 * New colour theme: green tiger
 * User defined LS_COLORS colours
 * Possibility to select/deselect files only
 * Support for automatic width counters in advanced file rename
 * Enhanced file name matching in quick search
 * Open terminal with administrator privileges 
 * Prompt to confirm drag & drop operations
 * Right click popup menu for copying in internal viewer
 * --config-dir command line option for customized location of config
   files
 * Several speed improvements including C++ rework and code cleanups
 * New python plugin: 'apply_patch'
 * Dropped broken MIME type configuration
 * Dropped support for cvs plugin
 * New key bindings:
      CTRL+T         Open directory in a new tab (replaces the old
      Multi-Rename-Tool binding)
      CTRL+W         Close current tab
      CTRL+SHIFT+W   Close all tabs
      CTRL+TAB       Switch to the next tab
      CTRL+SHIFT+TAB Switch to the previous tab
      SUPER+1        Change left connection
      SUPER+2        Change right connection
