BuildStream 1.2.7 released

Hi all,

Here is another bugfix release for 1.2.x.

Notably, this release fixes an error where `bst build --track-all`
sometimes reports a successful return code but does not actually build
anything.

Asides from this, one crasher was fixed and error reporting and
messaging has seen some minor improvements.

What is BuildStream ?
