Gnome Subtitles 1.7.2 bugfix release

Gnome Subtitles 1.7.2 has been released. Changes:

- Fixed a crash that occurred in some distros due to missing libdl or dlopen

Issues:
- Version 1.7 does not start on Fedora 35 beta (#185)
- Version 1.7.1 causes an exception in Ubuntu 18.04 (#188)
