bonobo_ui_handler_menu_new_placeholder doesn't take a position, only a
UIHandler and path. Internally it uses -1 ("put at end") for the position.
Since the purpose of the placeholder is to specify a particular position
that can be used by other code later, why can't a position for the
placeholder be specified? I might be missing something, but this makes no
sense to me.
Does anyone object to me adding a position parameter to this call?
John
