Chaps of the bonobo persuasion,
I have been trying to get the current CVS version of gnome-db to work.
Having discussed the error I get with Rodrigo, he suggests I forward
this to you as a possible bonobo (0.22) problem. Note that I have
libxml2 (2.2.4) that was installed over libxml (1.8.9), so it is
conceivable that the is some version or remnant mismatch, but I'm
jiggered if I can bottom it out alone!

I think it is. Send this same message to gnome-components-list gnome org Mayb

it's just something about library versions, but it definetely seems a bonobo
thing.
